Dr. Tang is currently serving as Vice-Chairman and General Counsel for Visionary Education Technology Holding Group Inc. (Nasdaq: GV); Blockchain Venture Capital Inc. (BVCI:CN); and True Health and Wellness, Inc. of New York.  Founded in 2013 by a group of renowned educators, Visionary Education Technology is now a provider for comprehensive education programs, education services, and advanced education technologies.  Blockchain Venture Capital issues stablecoins to facilitate global payments and exchanges of Real World Assets (RWA).  True Health and Wellness operates True Clinics nationwide, providing multidisciplinary medical solutions and coaching services to patients and healthcare professionals.  Dr. Tang is also an expert in the areas of FinTech, Law Tech, A.I.-based Blockchain technologies and Security Token Offering (STO).  He serves as the Vice-Chairman and Global Counsel for Original Digital Corporation (ODC), ORGANO Gold Holdings Ltd., and OGPay (https://ogpay.com/) of Houston, Texas, a multi-currency global payment system.

Dr. Tang received his B.A. from University of Utah. He attended graduate schools at Brigham Young University, University of California, and University of Minnesota Law School and was awarded M.A., Ph.D. and J.D. degrees respectively.  Dr. Tang clerked for Chief Judge Paul H. Anderson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Texas Bar Association (TBA), Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), and National Association of Credit Management (NACM). He is the only foreign attorney admitted to the Energy and Resources Committee of the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA).
