Dr. Lance Liu earned his J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut, and he also holds a doctorate in chemistry. He has long been engaged in drug patent and approval work for the world's pharmaceutical giants and has avoided protracted patent litigation for many pharmaceutical companies. As an experienced pharmaceutical patent attorney, he has extensive experience working in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He is good at life cycle management of branded drugs and ANDA-related patent litigation, as well as pharmaceutical technology licensing and patent freedom-to-operate searches (FTO).​
