BlockchainVenture Capital issues stablecoins to facilitate global payments and exchanges of RealWorld Assets (RWA). True Health andWellness operates True Clinics nationwide, providing multidisciplinary medicalsolutions and coaching services to patients andhealthcare professionals. Dr. Tang is also an expert in the areas of FinTech, LawTech, A.I.-based Blockchain technologies and Security Token Offering (STO). He serves as the Vice-Chairman and Global Counsel for Original DigitalCorporation (ODC), ORGANO Gold Holdings Ltd., and OGPay (https://ogpay.com/) ofHouston, Texas, a multi-currency global payment system.
Dr. Tangreceived his B.A. from University of Utah. He attended graduate schools atBrigham Young University, University of California, and University of MinnesotaLaw School and was awarded M.A., Ph.D. and J.D. degrees respectively. Dr. Tang clerked for Chief Judge Paul H.Anderson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Texas BarAssociation (TBA), Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), and NationalAssociation of Credit Management (NACM). He is the only foreign attorney admitted to the Energy and ResourcesCommittee of the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA).
