On October 22, 2024, Colin, the CEO of iLead Group, and Maggie, the CEO of Leading Horizon, LLC., were invited to visit New Century Real Estate's new project—the Brooklyn Sunset Park Avenue Hotel. This visit aimed to explore potential collaboration in areas such as real estate development, EB-5 project operations, and regional center establishment.
Under the leadership of Kenny Guan, Chairman of New Century Real Estate and President of Global Real Estate Development Group, Colin and Maggie conducted a detailed inspection of the new hotel project.
