JOB TITLE:

The Job title is HR Specialist and Part - time Administrator of iLead Family, which includes iLead Line, iLead Law and the related business under iLead Family.

JOB PURPOSE

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the

Human Resources department and assisting in various HR functions. You will play a crucial

role in recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and other HRrelated activities

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Post job vacancies on relevant platforms, review resumes, and conduct initial screenings.

• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

• Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.

2. Employee Relations and Communication

• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and maintaining open lines of communication.

• Assist in the resolution of employee conflicts and grievances in accordance with company policies.

• Participate in employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive company culture.

3. Performance Management

• Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal-setting.

4. HR Policies and Compliance:

9. Part – Time Administrator:

• offer the best services and support for administration, customer care, guests, employees, logistics, and providing assistance.

• Manage the appointment schedule and ensuring that meetings are properly coordinated.EDUCATIONRelevant college degree in commercial business or law – related field is required.

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 2 years of full-time HR specialist experience is required in business or lawrelated areasKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.

• Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

JOB PURPOSE

The job is designed to keep financial records, manage bank accounts, process transactions

accurately and efficiently.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing Cash Flow: Company Cashiers are responsible for managing the inflow and

outflow of cash within the organization. They receive and process payments from various

sources, including customers, clients, and other departments within the company.

• Recording Transactions: They record all financial transactions accurately in the company's

accounting system. This includes updating cash receipts, disbursements, and other

monetary transactions.

• Bank Reconciliation: Company Cashiers perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that

the company's records match the bank statements, identifying any discrepancies and

rectifying them promptly.

• Petty Cash Management: They oversee the management of petty cash funds, which involves reimbursing employees for small, work-related expenses and aintaining proper documentation.

• Handling Expenses: Company Cashiers may be involved in processing employee expense reimbursements and ensuring adherence to the company's expense policies.

• Financial Reporting: They assist in preparing financial reports related to cash transactions and may provide information for financial statements and management reports.

customer care, logistics, and providing assistance for IT and HR-related matters.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and implement the business strategy and plans related to administration.

• Build, supervise, and discipline a professional and highly efficient administration team.

• Assign work, train, and evaluate the performance of subordinates.

• Supervise, hire, train, provide work direction, and offer problem-solving assistance for subordinates.

EDUCATION
